We take premium, single-origin Arabica green beans and age them in freshly emptied spirit casks. As the beans rest, they absorb the complex aromas and moisture locked inside the wood. After reaching peak infusion, they are roasted to perfection—burning off the alcohol but leaving behind an incredibly rich, non-alcoholic flavor profile.
